Manuel Fariña, third generation of his family in the craft of winemaking, shows us his winery and tells us about the different processes of production and the energy benefits of an underground cellar.

The Fariña winery is located in the municipality of Toro (Zamora), it is 728 meters above sea level. It has a semi-arid climate with little rainfall. The climate is softened by its proximity to the Duero River that has a function of thermal regulator. The average annual temperature is around 12.1 ° C.
